Portsmouth coach Joe Jordan admits he was shocked by Harry Redknapp's move to Tottenham.

"It's Portsmouth Football Club and it's another chapter," Jordan told Sky Sports. "It was a bit of a shock I must admit.

"Harry is a very good manager and it doesn't surprise me that big clubs in the past, and have come now, to try and get him to go there.

"The actual development and how quickly it was there and over with, sometimes these things go on and on, but it happened over 24 hours and Harry, at this moment in time is celebrating a win.

"Yesterday, you look at your team and you're preparing for a game, but that's football. To develop as quick as that, it did come as a shock to me."
