Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has confirmed his interest in Lens defender Nadir Belhadj.

Redknapp said: "I'd like to get the Algerian, but don't know if I can. It would only be a loan. That's what we're looking for.

"We have a problem on the right, too. We need someone with pace. We have no one there like that at the moment."
