Portsmouth boss Tony Adams has hinted they'll field a reserves team against UEFA Cup rivals AC Milan this week.

After their 2-2 draw with Hull, Adams said: "Sol (Campbell) has a toe problem but still has a chance for the Milan game.

"Jermain (Defoe) has had a calf worry for quite a while and that's why he came off for England in midweek. He's going to see a specialist next week and so are (Lassana) Diarra and Niko (Kranjcar), who both have ankle injuries."
