O Jogo says Herrera has made up his mind for a move to Los Rojiblancos, choosing them over Inter, Lyon, AC Milan and Roma.

Diego Simeone has already talked the 28-year-old into the idea of joining Atletico Madrid and the player is willing to sign a five-year contract.
