Polish clubs are due a healthy cut of Robert Lewandowski's transfer fee as he leaves Bayern Munich for Barcelona.
It's not just Barcelona who are happy with the arrival of Lewandowski. Plenty of others in Poland will benefit.
The forward's move leaves 2 million euros to different clubs in his homeland as part of money for his formation rights, reports Sport.
Polish football accounts are explaining that Legia, Lech, Znicz Pruszkow, Delta Warsawa and Varsovia will all earn money.
Varsovia, the academy where he was formed will get the most, at 625k. Lewandowski was already a national hero, but even more so for those clubs now.
He arrived at Bayern in 2014 from Borussia Dortmund, who paid Lech 4.75m in 2010 for him.
