Poland international keeper Kuszczak agrees Wolves deal

Wolverhampton Wanderers have signed Poland international keeper Tomasz Kuszczak on a short-term deal until January. The 32-year-old was a free agent after being released by Championship rivals Brighton in June and has been on trial at Molineux.

Kuszczak had a three-year spell with West Bromwich Albion before joining Manchester United in 2007, where he helped win three Premier League titles.

"I'm very pleased, I think it's a big club, and definitely a club that deserves to be in the Premier League," Kuszczak told the Wolves website.

"I tried to find a place for myself in football for the last couple of months. I've been training with several clubs and waiting for the right call.

"Wolves came and I decided to sign a contract here and I'm glad about that."
