Pogba thanks Man Utd fans for 'unconditional support'

Paul Pogba has thanked Manchester United supporters for the time he spent at the club.

United confirmed on Wednesday that the creative superstar has left the club on a free transfer, with rumours suggesting he will join Juventus in Italy in the coming weeks.

Pogba signed for United in a then world record deal from Juventus in 2016, but failed to hit the expected heights in subsequent years.

He posted on social media: "I feel privileged to have played for this club. Many beautiful moments and memories but most importantly an unconditional support from the fans. Thank you, Manchester United."

Pogba also has interest in his signature from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

A mooted move to Manchester City did not pan out, with both the Citizens and Pogba distancing themselves from the free transfer.
