Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba spent yesterday with good friend Antoine Griezmann, of Atletico Madrid.

The Mirror says Jose Mourinho allowed his players two days off to recuperate after the heroics at Manchester City on Saturday.

Antoine Griezmann has been courted by the Manchester club for a while now, and looked certain to sign for the Red Devils last summer, before Atletico Madrid's transfer ban put a spanner in the works and he decided to stay put.

And it seems Pogba isn't ready to give up on Griezmann just yet.

The £89million player is friends with his fellow countryman after all, and let's not forget that it was Pogba's friendship with Lukaku that helped get that particular deal over the line, even with Chelsea chasing the Belgian.
