Former Manchester United winger Karel Poborsky rates Czech Republic icon Pavel Nedved ahead of Eric Cantona.
The Czech Republic legend - now the country's technical director - admits he moved to United too early in his career, even if he has no regrets about playing with the mercurial Frenchman Cantona.
"It's a difficult one, because I am always proud that I had the opportunity to play with great players like Cantona and (Peter) Schmeichel," he said. "But if I had to mention just one, it would be Pavel Nedved."
The pair both left Prague after starring performances at Euro 96 in England brought the lure of European giants. But while Poborsky struggled to make the step up at United, Nedved excelled at Lazio before spending eight years at Lazio. "It was really difficult to me there because I didn't speak English and I was still young," he said. "Plus, the United team was already full of great players."
