AS Roma midfielder David Pizarro has urged his side to get their belief back.
The capital club were defeated 5-1 by Cagliari on the weekend with the 31-year old Chilean admitting fear played a major part in the team's heavy loss.
"Fear played a bad joke on us just as it did in the past at the start of the season," Pizarro said.
"We mustn't forget what happened in 2008 when we finished a whisper away from the Scudetto and the following season when we got off on the wrong foot.
"We must work hard to change tack and chase away the ghosts of the recent past," he concluded.
