AC Milan hero Andrea Pirlo insists they're capable of upsetting derby rivals Inter Milan on Sunday.

Pirlo is adamant form goes out the window in such games.

"Despite the 19 points difference in the standings, I don't think it is a one-way match, in fact, it will be a challenge that makes history in itself, the gap is canceled," said Pirlo.

"Inter are better but this game can change the season as it affects self-belief."

He continued: "I imagined Inter at this level, they will fight for the league title until the end. Antonio Conte leads you to always give your best, more than you think you have or really have.

"He is sick for victory, if he loses he cannot be talked to, he becomes a devil. He alone has reduced the gap with Juve, then the club has helped him with their purchases."
