Peterborough United owner Darragh MacAnthony feels for Derby County over Chelsea's pursuit of their manager Frank Lampard.

He says Chelsea can't allow the situation to drag on.

When asked on Twitter what his take on the current situation was, he replied: "Chelsea need to either approach or move on.

"Speculation ridiculously unfair on Derby owner, players and fans."

The Rams will be gearing up for their 12th successive campaign in the Championship when the season begins in August.
