Chelsea defender Alex Davey has quickly won over fans at Peterborough United.
Davey, regarded as a centre-half, shone at fullback in Posh's victory over Colchester United on Saturday.
Posh fan Liam Pitchford says Davey has quickly become a fans' favourite and there's hope they can quickly extend his loan.
@tribalfootball us fans desperate to extend his loan, calm on the ball. Got moved to RB yesterday from CB and looked very comfortable.

Liam is convinced Davey is already Championship class and has the potential to play Premier League football.
@tribalfootball he could play in champ now. Not quite prem standard yet but 100% will do in the future

The Davey deal has also won friends inside the club, with chairman Darragh MacAnthony full of praise for Chelsea over the manner of negotiations. MacAnthony says there is hope of extending the defender's deal to the end of the season.
We like him. Chelsea have been superb unlike loads other prem clubs we have tried to deal with this summer. Possible https://t.co/dzQIkK4939
