FC Dallas has added French midfielder Peter Luccin to its active roster.
Luccin, 33, started his career in the youth system of French club AS Cannes before playing 118 matches in the French Ligue 1 between stints with Bordeaux, Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain. The defensive midfielder transferred into Spain's La Liga in 2001, where he started a total of 215 matches with Celta de Vigo, Atletico Madrid, Real Zaragoza and Racing Santander.
The French midfielder suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during preseason and had surgery to repair the injury on March 1.
Luccin made his return to the pitch in a Reserve League match versus Red Bull New York, scoring one of three FC Dallas goals in the Sept. 3 contest.
