Real Betis have announced the resignations of president Manuel Domínguez Platas, vice-president Fernando Casas and director Antonio Sánchez Pino.
In a statement, the club confirmed the decisions had been taken in light of "the club's sporting situation and the important decisions needed to be taken because of that".
According to the club, "the board of directors of Real Betis Balompie have decided it is necessary to bring forward the definitive renewal" of those in control at the club.
The resignations are expected to lead to former West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel being named new coach.
