Pedro says Chelsea must keep hold of Diego Costa.

Costa proved his worth to Chelsea yet again by scoring his 15th League goal of the campaign in a 2-0 win over Hull.

When asked by the London Evening Standard if he wouldn't want anyone other than Costa up front, he said: "Yes. Diego is probably the best for this team.

"He is a very good striker. (At Barcelona) I have played with important people, important players like (Zlatan) Ibrahimovic.

"But Costa is a very good striker too, a very good runner, strong physically and scores more goals for the team. He is perfect for this team."

Pressed on whether he had any reason to doubt Costa's commitment, he replied: "No, with the team he has been training very well. He is very happy to be here in the club, this is the most important thing.

"Did I speak to him? Yes and his focus is on the team, the game, this season to fight for this title. This ambition Diego shows is good for the team."
