England U21 boss Stuart Pearce is convinced he will improve as a coach working with Fabio Capello.

Pearce, 45, believes working with Capello will benefit everyone in the Under-21 set-up, including himself.

Psycho, who insists he speaks "top notch" Italian, said: "By helping out the seniors - I am benefiting the Under-21s.

"Hopefully, they will get a more rounded manager and coach. I think it's a great opportunity for someone of my age.

"From my point of view I'm trying to educate myself as quickly as possible. I've only got three years' experience as a boss.

"A couple of weeks ago I went for lunch at Arsenal's training ground and sat across the table from Mr Capello and Arsene Wenger - you can't buy that experience.

"I'm valuing every minute I'm with the seniors and Fabio and his coaching staff - and he knows all the players in my team."
