Parma youngster Massimo Paci requires jaw surgery after a terrible training ground accident.

The midfielder accidentally clattered into teammate Marco Rossi during training today and the clash of heads caused both men injuries.

Paci got by far the worst of it, as he fractured his jawbone and will need to go under the knife to reduce the damage.

Rossi was more fortunate, requiring only six stitches to his face.
