Parma have completed the signing of Afriyie Acquah from Hoffenheim.
Acquah spent last season on-loan from the Germans.
It's reported Hoffenheim accepted a transfer fee worth 2m.
The 22-year-old was sold to Hoffenheim by Palermo in January 2013 for 2.2m, but after six months was sent out on loan to the Stadio Tardini.
