Roberto Donadoni feels his Parma team have underachieved this season after victory over Napoli.

Parma caught Inter Milan in fifth place after the 1-0 result decided by Marco Parolo.

Donadoni said: "I don't want to say Parma deserve Europe, but I will challenge anyone to watch one of our games and say we didn't deserve our points. This team plays its football and can take anyone on with enthusiasm.

"Sometimes we lack determination, but when we have that furore as we did in the second half tonight, then we can get important results against teams like Napoli.

"The lads do well to give something more than usual when important players are missing. These are valuable elements for the future and will allow us to challenge anyone who crosses our path. Technique and quality are fundamental, but it gets complicated if we don't have determination and a work ethic."
