Arsenal hero Ray Parlour is unimpressed by the work-rate of Andrey Arshavin.

Parlour has urged him to work harder.

The former Gunners midfielder told talkSPORT: "You look at Arshavin and he can be a fantastic player on his day. But he just needs to a little bit more for the team.

"Sometimes things don't go your way, but I would like to see a little bit more workrate off him.

"He's a talented player, there's no doubt about it - he's probably one of the best players at Arsenal on his day.

"But when he's not doing it, it just doesn't happen for him. He doesn't get involved. He was a little bit disappointing for Arsenal."
