Park Ji-sung is confident Manchester United can defend their Premiership and Champions League Double this season. The Red Devils are currently eighth in the Premier League with one game in hand ahead of Saturday's clash with West Brom at Old Trafford.

And Park, who was influential in South Korea's 4-1 thrashing of UAE in midweek, has reassured United fans their side will bounce back from their inconsistent start to the domestic campaign.

"The team had a poor start last season too. We are not playing to our full potential yet," Park said according to the Korean press.

"In the end, we came away with the Premier League title and the Champions League.

"So there's nothing to be concerned about. I don't think we will have problems repeating last year's achievements."
