Pape Gueye is delighted to be joining Olympique Marseille.
The former Le Havre midfielder was signed by Watford to a pre-contract earlier this season, but has now committed to OM.
In France, it's claimed Watford are taking the issue to FIFA, but in the meantime Gueye has expressed his happiness to now be a Marseille player.
Gueye said, "I simply chose OM because it is a big club. Everyone knows OM. Any type of player dreams of playing for Olympique de Marseille.
"That's what I envisioned when I was little. Today I am at Olympique de Marseille and I am very happy.
"Why this choice when I was very courted? OM attracts. We know the supporters, the Velodrome stadium, the city. They did a good job last year. They qualified for the Champions League. Everything was there for me to sign."
