Christian Panucci admits Roma were threatening to implode before yesterday's victory over Reggina.
The veteran defender was again on the scoresheet for Roma and said afterwards: "Tensions were high in Rome, we lost a game in Serie A and in the Cup. It seemed that we had thrown away three years of work.
"This gave us some discomfort, however, it is part of the game, we should keep quiet and work because we have not yet solved all the problems.
"But we are much better. This victory is a morale booster."
