Panathinaikos striker Djibril Cisse is ready to move to Lazio.

The former Sunderland and Liverpool attacker has been in talks with Lazio for some time.

"It's a done deal. I'm going to Lazio and the transfer will be completed soon," he told supporters after training, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

Cissè turns 30 in August and is set to become the second reinforcement for Lazio's front line.
