Chelsea youngster Cole Palmer pulled rank on senior teammate Raheem Sterling during Saturday's 2-2 draw with Arsenal.
Palmer converted from the spot after a handling offence by Wiilliam Saliba to send the Blues ahead.
But the youngster first had to wrestle the ball from Sterling, who intended to take the penalty himself before Palmer challenged him.
The pair argued before Enzo Fernandez came over to intervene and made it clear that Palmer - who scored a penalty against Burnley - would be the taker.
Palmer duly converted to send the Blues 1-0 ahead, though Arsenal would eventually stage a late fight-back to earn the point.
