AS Roma president James Pallotta says he's as passionate as any fan about the club.

Pallotta and his investment team bought out Roma last year.

"I too wake up in the middle of the night because I don't understand how we can lose certain games," said the man who is also a board member at the Boston Celtics. "We have talent, we lack consistency.

"I am satisfied with the results of sporting director Walter Sabatini and director general Franco Baldini. We are capable of beating anyone and we have shown that.

"And no club in the world has done deals with global brands like Nike, Disney and Volkswagen. Everything is going as planned."
