Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini insists he has no regrets selling Edinson Cavani to Napoli.
Zamparini insists he did not make a mistake cashing in on the Uruguayan.
"Selling Cavani was not a mistake," Zamparini said. "The player wanted to leave and I promised him that I would allow him to go.
"You also have to remember that without Cavani's sale then we wouldn't have been able to sign Josip Ilicic."
