Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini says Inter Milan are favourites for defender Matias Silvestre.
The Argentine-born Italy hopeful intends to leave Palermo this summer and his agent has also held talks with Tottenham officials in London in the last week.
"Moratti has the edge," revealed Zamparini, who may seek Inter goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano in part exchange.
