Palermo are out of the running for Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli is expected to sign for Nice on Wednesday.
"The situation is definitively closed, Mario Balotelli will not arrive at Palermo," Rosanero chief Daniele Faggiano told SportItalia.
Balotelli is expected to undergo a medical with OGC Nice tomorrow.
