Palermo has dismissed claims of Real Madrid having first refusal on Javier Pastore.

The Argentina midfielder is a target for Real and Chelsea.

And Rosanero sports director Walter Sabatini ruled out reports that Real Madrid are in negotiations for an option on Pastore.

"That is absolutely not true. Palermo have given no options on Pastore to anybody," he said.
