Palermo coach Stefano Colantuono admits he and his players must adjust to the tense management style of president Maurizio Zamparini.

After their 3-3 draw at Genoa yesterday, Colantuono said: "The team is doing pretty well and we deserved this result. President Maurizio Zamparini is trying to motivate us to always do better. We have to continue working hard in a relaxed atmosphere, aware that the President is very demanding."
