Palermo chief Stefano Sogliano insists there's no reason for panic over their slow start to the season.
The Rosanero lost to Atalanta on Sunday.
Sogliano said: "We did not deserve to lose - perhaps Atalanta had a better approach than us, but we did not deserve to lose. It could equally have been a draw, and then we would be talking about continuity of results.
"Definitely we can do better, put more determination in, and already feel different with Cagliari on Wednesday.
"However, we must be calm, patient, there is no need to make a drama of a defeat. We think only of tomorrow's game against Cagliari.
"The team is working, we know where we things have gone wrong, and we are preparing for the game against the Sardinians.
"There is no need to talk about individuals, here we only talk about the team, not individual performances."
