Palermo coach Beppe Iachini was delighted with goalscorer Paulo Dybala after their 1-1 draw with Genoa.
Arsenal and Southampton are watching the Argentine.
"We had chances, but bad luck and some miracles from Perin stopped us taking the lead," said Iachini.
"As for Paulo Dybala, he's grown a lot as a player, and can continue to do so if we keep working with humility.
"He's improved a lot both in terms of technique and in a physical sense.
"Well done to him, but we have to do better in terms of solidity."
