Crystal Palace players and staff were left concerned for the health of their manager.
Veteran head coach Roy Hodgson is said to have been to hospital this week.
The Englishman was taken ill during training on Thursday, which led to his eventual hospitalization.
Per The Mail, Hodgson is said to be well in hospital and is not in immediate danger.
However, he is recovering and will not take charge of their Premier League game early next week.
His sidekicks Paddy McCarthy and Ray Lewington will be the ones in the dugout against Everton on Monday night.
