Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish says club's need to stand by their managers.
This season's Premier League is yet to see a managerial sacking.
Parish told talkSPORT: "A lot of it depends on what is going on at the club, if you feel the players are giving a good account of themselves and that the manager is in control and the players are playing for him, typically why would you change.
"I think it is when you see things going wrong, then you have a decision to make. At the moment everyone is doing pretty well, Burnley have turned it around, QPR are winning at home and Leicester are playing well without getting results.
"So i think it is the right to do to stick by your man, because it is not always beneficial to change."
