Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock is full of praise for fullback Joel Ward.

Ward was one of the Premier League's best right?backs last season but has switched to the left this term.

"He is manager's dream," said Warnock. "Week in, week out you get 90 per cent from him, sometimes even 95 per cent."
