Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock admits they face a battle to keep hold of Wayne Hennessey.
Warnock admits Hennessey is not prepared to continue playing second fiddle to Julian Speroni.
"He has been an absolute gem," said the Palace manager. "He has given me a few looks but he has not knocked on my door once. He is a really good goalkeeper and we are fortunate to have him. At the moment he is playing in the cups and it can only go on for so long. Wayne will want to be a first-team keeper as soon as possible.
"I watched him for Wales against Belgium, and him and Joe Ledley were fantastic. I felt proud that they were my players. We have got six games between now and January so, at the moment, I am thinking about those."
