Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis admits he needs to add to his squad in January.
Pulis is preparing for his home debut against West Ham United.
"We need to get a couple of wins to make sure we stay in it and then when the window opens we'll have an opportunity and a chance to change one or two things. We need this group to get together and really work.
"The group I'm sure would love to see one or two players come in as well, it will give them a lift. So we need to stay in the game if we can.
"As I said, what we need is to pick some points up before the window opens. Then we will look at it then. I will have been a month at the club then and we will know more."
