Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway believes Wilfried Zaha's battle for minutes at Manchester United can help his career.
The 20-year-old has yet to play any part under new manager David Moyes. But Crystal Palace chief Holloway believes that will not do him any harm as he prepares to take his side to Old Trafford today.
He said: "Maybe it is what he needs to take him to the next level.
"Wilf is going to have to learn that and it is part of being at a big club.
"He has to realise he is not that big a fish anymore and he has to learn to swim with them.
"But I think his career at Man United will be a success because of the boy that he is. David will select him at the right time. I am delighted for him."
