Ozil: I've invited Low to a Fenerbahce game

Fenerbahce midfielder Mesut Ozil is back home in Germany tonight for their Europa League group clash with Eintracht Frankfurt.

The former Arsenal ace says he remains in contact with his old Germany coach Joachim Low and has invited him to Fener games.

He told SID: "We will not be able to meet with him in Frankfurt. However, Löw knows Istanbul very well. I expect him at a match in Kadıköy. I've invited him before.

"I will not be able to meet with my family members in Germany due to restrictions, but they will be at the stadium to watch me."

Ozil also revealed: "Fenerbahçe has always been my favourite club. I got good offers from the USA, there were also those from other countries. However, after Fenerbahçe got into the equation, the rest didn't matter to me. I feel great here. I am extremely happy both in my private and professional life."
