Orduspor president Nedim Turkmen has declared he cannot sign Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka.

Turkmen says he has held talks with Anelka, but the Frenchman's €4 million-a-year wage demands are too rich for Orduspor.

"Anelka will not come to Turkey," said the president. "He will instead go to France of America.

"His transfer is impossible for Orduspor."
