Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill has told his players not to drop their heads after defeat to West Bromwich Albion.
O'Neill has urged his players not to allow the pressure of successive home defeats to get to them.
He said: "We have a lot of work to do, we accept that.
"What I don't want is players getting concerned and worried because we have lost the last couple of games here and suddenly everybody is against us."
