Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill was delighted with matchwinner Adam Johnson yesterday.

Johnson struck against former club Manchester City for a crucial three points.

"Adam Johnson has started to show form he is capable of. He looked stunned that he has scored. I wasn't sure either from my angle. He scored and I am delighted but it was an extra second before everyone realised it had gone in," said O'Neill.
