West Ham United defender Angelo Ogbonna insists he already feels comfortable in his new environment.

The 27-year-old Italian centre-back arrived at Upton Park from Juventus earlier this summer and has revealed that it has been a simple adjustment period getting used to life and football in London.

"I like my team and the staff and I love how everybody is giving me good advice about the Premier League and about life in England. For me it's easy," he told the club's official website.

"I am grateful for the support the fans have given me so far and I will continue to do my best for the fans starting with the game at home on Saturday. I am very sorry for the result."

Ogbonna has started both of West Ham's Premier League games so far this season having made his debut in the Europa League against Astra in July.
