John Obi Mikel says a lack of concentration at key moments cost Chelsea the Premiership title this season.

"When you keep dropping points, you can't expect to be at the top," said the Nigeria midfielder. "We've dropped a lot of points this season. Hopefully, the next campaign will not be like this.

"There have been a few times when we have lost concentration. It cost us two points again in the Bolton match. We have to correct that and make sure it doesn't happen again.

"But we have an excellent chance to finish the season on a perfect high if we win the Champions League. We believe we can do that."
