New York Red Bulls made it two big wins in a row on the weekend when they beat Montreal Impact 5-2 courtesy of a hat-trick from Thierry Henry.
The Frenchman made it five goals in two matches to send the Red Bulls to second place on the Eastern Conference table and his performance was lauded by rookie goalkeeper Ryan Meara who is enjoying playing alongside the Arsenal great.
"He sets an example in the locker room and in the huddle. He's the captain, so as he goes, we go. He has so much experience playing all over the world. I try to learn from him. When he scores a hat trick like that today, we're a hard team to beat.""Henry's something else," Meara told the Star-Ledger. "From the day he got back and met us in Arizona in the preseason, every day in training he's world-class. That's the only way I can put it. To be on the same team as him is an honor.
