Real Mallorca have secured defender Nunes to a new contract.

The 31 year-old has been the subject of interest from West Brom and Aston Villa, but is now likely to remain with Mallorca after declaring he was "very satisfied" with this new pay-rise.

Included in the terms, confirmed on Mallorca's website last night, was an increase in Nunes' buyout clause to £11 million.
