Nacho Novo admits he is disappointed at not being re-signed by Rangers.
The 34-year old Spanish striker has been training back with the Ibrox club this summer following his stint in Glasgow between 2004 and 2010.
However, manager Ally McCoist has opted not to sign Novo who has recently played with Sporting Gijon, Legia Warsaw and Huesca.
"They all know I would love to sign," he told the Daily Record.
"But Ally has his own ideas and I have to respect that."
