Manchester United are closer to finding an agreement with Nottingham Forest regarding Dean Henderson.

The backup goalkeeper wants to spend the season away from the Old Trafford club in search of regular first team football.

According to the Daily Express, Henderson has a loan offer from Forest that he is ready to accept.

However, the newly promoted club wanted to include a buy option within the deal, which United were against.

They have now agreed to remove that option, which should speed up the transfer.
